TriBar ("we", "our", "us") operates the website tribar.app and the TriBar mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:
- Contact data: email address (when you pre-register on our waiting list or register a venue).
- Location data: approximate or precise GPS coordinates (when you use the mobile app to find nearby bars). Location is processed on your device; we do not store location history on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, in-app actions, device and OS information, IP address, date and time of access. Collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
- Venue data: name, address, sports schedule, and logos provided by bar owners when registering their business.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (ethnic origin, health, sexual orientation, etc.).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Operate and improve the Platform.
- Send launch updates if you subscribed to our waiting list.
- Manage venue registration and profiles.
- Analyze Platform usage and measure performance (aggregated analytics).
- Comply with legal obligations.
Secondary purposes: behavioral advertising based on browsing activity. You may opt out of these purposes by emailing contacto@tribar.app.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform uses the following tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics (GA4): traffic and user behavior metrics. Data is shared with Google LLC. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
- Meta Pixel: conversion tracking and interaction data for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. Manage your preferences at Meta Privacy Settings.
You may reject non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Note that some features may be affected.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with third parties only when necessary to operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, transactional email providers). We do not sell your personal data. Any international transfers comply with applicable data protection law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email contacto@tribar.app with:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
- Any documentation verifying your identity.
We will respond within 20 business days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Waiting list emails are deleted once the service is live and you have received your launch notification, unless you choose to continue as a user.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No Internet transmission is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via a notice on the Platform or by email. The current version is always available at tribar.app/en/privacy.
